  • Briefing 2: 5.30pm
  • Briefing 3: 7.00pm
  • Briefing 4: 8.00pm

Start times

There are two start times for Oxfam Trailwalker: 6:00am and 7:00am. All start times have now been allocated. Thank you to the teams that increased their fundraising target to choose start times. The remaining teams have been allocated as per the pdf below. Whether you chose your start time or not please check your allocated time. These start times are not changeable. Bib numbers are assigned by start time so we will know if any sneaky changes have taken place.

Checkpoint closing times

Each checkpoint has a designated closing time. This is not the latest arrival time … it is the closing time. Both your team and support crew must depart the checkpoint before it closes. This is to help you plan your pace to ensure you can complete the course within 36 hours.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Officially daylight savings ends Sunday 1 April when clocks are moved back 1 hour (officially 3.00am becomes 2.00am overnight from Saturday to Sunday). All event times over the Oxfam Trailwalker weekend IGNORE the end of daylight savings until the finish of the event. These checkpoint closing times are not adjusted for the end of daylight savings.
