| You can take action by campaigning for Oxfam at your educational institution and become part of a global movement for change. |
There are Oxfam groups at a number of universities or polytechnics across New Zealand creating positive change by calling for Fairtrade and building support to end unjust policies that are keeping people poor.
These campaign groups call for change on their campus in fun and creative ways. By getting involved you will be part of a global movement for positive change and demonstrate to decision-makers that there is popular support for changes that could help bring an end to poverty and a positive change for the many thousands of poor people Oxfam works with around the world.
There are currently active groups in Otago, Victoria and Auckland universities.
To get involved please email campaigns@oxfam.org.nz with Oxfam on Campus in the subject and tell us which university, polytechnic or college you are attending. University of Auckland staff and students can sign up to the Oxfam on Campus (Auckland) Facebook page.
