Currently, we have a vacancy in our Relationships Fundraising team for a talented fundraiser. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our high net worth individual donors, attracting multi-year funding through a range of mid level major giving products and providing an outstanding supporter experience to new and existing major donors.
The role will suit candidates with a strong results and client orientation, excellent communication, influencing and relationship management skills and relevant major giving or relationship fundraising experience, as well as proven analytical and time management skills. A good knowledge of Microsoft applications, international development issues and a demonstrated commitment to Oxfam’s values and mission are equally important.
The post attracts a starting salary of $60,788 per annum pro rata (and potentially more depending on the skills and experience of the successful candidate).
