Oxfam New Zealand is part of a global organisation dedicated to overcoming poverty and social injustice.

If you would like to help raise funds to support our life-changing work, then join our Supporter Relations team where we have several vacancies for enthusiasticTele-fundraisers. Working either full time (37.5 hours per week) or part time (25 or 15 hours per week) you will be in contact with new and existing Oxfam supporters via the phone and will be telling them about Oxfam’s current humanitarian, advocacy and development work. You will also be taking supporters on a journey that encourages them to engage with Oxfam for deeper and longer.

People orientated, outgoing, with strong tele-fundraising skills - these attributes are a must. The ability to establish rapport with a wide range of people and a genuine interest in development and social justice issues are equally important.

If you are interested in the role on a full time basis, you will be working in a shift pattern, working afternoons/evenings.  In return, we offer a friendly work environment, inspiring work colleague and a starting salary of $40,901 per annum pro rata or  $19.67 per hour (and possibly more depending on the skills and experience of the successful post holder/s).
